All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We accept payment via major credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before any item is shipped.
For custom orders, a deposit may be required to begin the design process. The remaining balance is due upon completion before shipping.
All shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. Shipping times vary based on location and product availability. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition. Custom orders, personalized items, and earrings may not be eligible for return due to their nature.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
All jewelry purchases include a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear, improper care, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Annual professional cleaning and inspection is recommended to maintain your warranty.
All certified gemstones come with certificates from recognized gemological laboratories (GIA, AGS, IGI, or equivalent). We guarantee the authenticity of all gemstones. If a gemstone is found to be misrepresented, we will provide a full refund.
